How can I track my order?
If you opted for Registered Post you can contact us and we will send you your tracking number. All packages can be tracked via An Post. European customers can check with their local postal service for more specific information and US customers can get more info from USPS.
What is the difference between Registered Mail and Standard Mail?
Registered post can be tracked, and must be signed for. This is a safer method.
Do you send to PO Boxes?
No. Orders with PO Boxes listed in the address will be automatically cancelled because of fraud issues.
Do you send to the Armed Forces?
No. We have had previous problems with this so we no longer
How long will my order take to arrive?
Packages usually arrive sooner than expected. Please visit the delivery times page for estimated times
Can I send packages to an address that is different to my card billing address?
Unfortunately, We only ship to the billing address of the card. This is one of the requirements of our credit card processor.
What are the opening hours of your shops?

What will my package look like?
All our packaging is discreet. Most orders are sent in plain brown, padded envelopes with nothing except stamps and an address label. Larger orders are sent in unmarked boxes. There is never any indication that they have come from Nirvana Head Shop.
Do you accept postal orders, western union or bank transfers?
If an order is above €500 we will accept a bank transfer. Other than that we accept Credit Cards, Laser Cards and some Debit Cards.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
No, we currently do not offer gift vouchers.
Can I pay in US Dollars/Canadian Dollars/British Pounds?
All orders are processed in Euros at the exchange rate on the day. You can use the currency convertor on the site to show the prices in your currency, but there may be a small price difference when your order is processed. If you order without using the currency convertor, you will still be charged the Euro equivalent in your local currency.
